We were up and breakfasted by 815am in order to get the RER to Marne Les Vallée, Disneyland to pick up the Disney Express TGV to Montpellier.
For TGV travel on France passengers are advised to arrive 30 minutes before departure for boarding and the doors are locked 5 minutes before departure. For a reliable train network the passengers also need to be on time. Our TGV was 15 mins early and left on time.
I have booked to deck seats and the train was full with none standing. Within 10 minutes I checked my Ways travel app and noted that we were whizzing South at 240km/Hr.
The TGV had good onboard WiFi and films so I watched The Little Prince in French with English subtitles for most for the journey.
